William Roehm, CPA

William Roehm, CPA, is a dedicated accounting professional and Lancaster County native who brings both big-firm expertise and local commitment to his accounting practice. A proud graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School, Will then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University.

He began his career at Ernst & Young (EY) in Philadelphia, specializing in tax services for clients within the investment management industry. While at EY, he earned his CPA license and built a strong foundation in tax compliance.

Driven by a desire to give back to his community, Will returned to Lancaster County and joined Acuity Advisors and CPAs. There, he developed close relationships with small business owners, providing personalized accounting and advisory services that made a tangible impact.

Over the years, Will has gained deep experience across a range of industries including retail, real estate, construction, and other service-based businesses. His areas of expertise include tax planning and strategy, outsourced accounting services, and financial statement preparation—particularly for S corporations, partnerships, and individual clients.

Today, Will serves a diverse group of clients including medical professionals, contractors, real estate investors, manufacturers, professional service providers, childcare businesses, and hospitality. His mission is to help business owners better understand their financial position and make confident, strategic decisions.

Will lives in Lancaster County with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities. He remains active in the East Petersburg community and supports local initiatives such as Off the Streets.
